Workshop 1 – Zoho Email

When you sign up through cozzas with Zoho Business, your online office focuses on connecting your organization members and bringing them on the same page. Zoho Business offers an email hosting service that enables you to communicate across your organization with individual personalized email addresses.

Workshop 2 – Zoho Calendar

Zoho Business includes a comprehensive Calendar to organize your day-to-week-to-month-to-year activities. You can create multiple calendars as required for easier and effective time management, create separate calendar categories (Work Related/Personal/Travel) for your various requirements, invite team/project members to attend specific team/project related events, and more…

Workshop 3 – Zoho Contacts

With Zoho Business Contacts you do not have to give up the power of other contact applications you’ve grown accustom to.  Zoho Business allows you to keep a readily available list of contacts. Contacts can be directly imported from web mail services like GMail, Yahoo, Live and also from various local file formats (.csv, .ldif, .vcf).  Worried about backing up all those contacts you’ve created in the Zoho?  Don’t be.  Zoho supports various contact file formats to export like .html, .csv, .vcf, .ldif and outlook csv.

Workshop 4 – Zoho Project Tasks

Zoho Project makes planning your projects a snap. The easy to use web interface allows you to quickly define Task Lists, Tasks and dependencies. If you prefer, you can also quickly import your Microsoft Project file, so you can go from planning to doing in no time!

What You Should Have:

• A Zoho Business Account. Get it HERE, then come back and register for your Worshop.

• For Webinars - Your own equipment and Internet Connection. You must be computer savvy and have an Internet-ready (MAC or PC) laptop or computer (wireless card-WI-FI) and Internet access through a browser.

• Time to complete either the 1-Hour Webinar or 2-Hour Workshop. Uninterrupted workshop time away from telephones and interruptions will allow you to concentrate on the tasks discussed in each workshop. 

What You Should Know:

• Workshops at the HJC Bowden Multipurpose Facility include Desktop Computers and WIFI Internet Connection.

• These are Web-based Workshops and Webinars and no files will be downloaded to the computer. We use Zoho Meeting to provide screen sharing. You will be prompted to select either Flash, ActiveX or Javascript in order to view the online webinars. We suggest you select ActiveX or Javascript.

• You will also receive access to how-to videos you can refer to later. These will be developed later and we'll email you the links.
